When making a purchase with Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of our store as well as have read and understand our return policy. 

Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique DOES NOT PAY ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need identifying information.

This DOES NOT include: scratched leather from a barbed wire fence, getting caught in the hay baler, being stepped on by a horse, being chewed on by a goat, or damage from a night out at the bar. 

To start a return, you can contact us at help@cedarcreekranchboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Last Call items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Last Call Bags are excluded from exchanges.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Last Call Bags are excluded from refunds.

MANUFACTURERS DEFECT RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase on items that have a manufactures defect. As stated above, you should inspect your new bag upon arrival. Manufacturing Defects include, but are not limited to: 

  • Zippers
  • Clasps
  • Straps
  • Handles
  • Rivets
  • Stitching
  • Seams

IMPORTANT: Once an item has been purchased no refund will be issued, Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique offers store credit ONLY to be used within 6 months.

SALES & RETURNS

We strive to get all orders out the door within between 3-5 Business days for your item(s) that are in stock to be shipped.  We know you are excited to get your items!

We will provide you with tracking so you can track your package through USPS.

Returns/exchanges must be returned back to us within 14 DAYS upon delivery to you (unless otherwise approved by Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique staff.

Sale items are considered a FINAL SALE.

Pre orders and custom orders are all FINAL SALES.

Last Call Bags are excluded from refunds.

Your return MUST BE in the condition it was received. If we receive your return and your item has been worn or used it will not be accepted & returned at buyers cost. 

Before shipping back your return, please email us at help@cedarcreekranchboutique.com for further processing and return instructions and the address to ship your return to.

RESTOCKING FEE 

Returned items are docked a store credit of $15.00.

Once received please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to be issued.

RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS

Items will not be accepted after the 14 days. Any returns of any products after 14 days of the purchase date will be subject to approval.

Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique has the right to refuse service and orders.
