Check and double check your address to insure you have entered it correctly. If your package is sent back, it'll be at buyer’s expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to the wrong address, it is the buyer’s responsibility to track down their package.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

All shipping providers have suspended guaranteed shipping methods. What this means for us is that Air is the fastest shipping method, Priority is the next fastest and Ground is the slowest.

Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique will NOT refund any shipping costs due to the shipping provider’s late delivery.

We will process and ship in stock items within 1-3 business days* after purchase. Some particular items do, however, ship differently. Please, when ordering an item, take time to read the descriptions and details about the item in case there are stipulations on when, or how, a particular item may ship.

We highly recommend that you always give yourself time when needing a product to ensure that you get the products in a timely fashion for the lowest cost to you. We ship every day except for weekends & holidays. After you make your purchase please remember we ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days*.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Cedar Creek Ranch Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office.
